All prices are subject to change without notice. South Carolina residents will be charged sales tax with all retail purchases. All sales must be prepaid with your order unless otherwise pre-arranged. Metco Motorsports accepts MC/Visa, Amex, and Discover. For on-line orders, credit cards and PayPal are accepted.
Note to Canadian and other non-US customers: We ship via UPS, and the customer will be responsible for any added fees charged by UPS for brokerage and/or customs fees.
In addition to ordering online, orders may also be placed via phone. For phone orders, please call (864) 332-5929. If we miss your call, please leave a message and we will call you back. Please note that we are a manufacturing facility, not a retail store, and our sales hours may vary.
Returns: Any shortages or shipping error claims must be made within (3) business days of receipt of order. Returns made under our warranty policy must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Returns made for any other reason must be made within (30) days of purchase and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee without exception. No shipping charges will be refunded. Please contact us prior to returning any items for an RMA number.
We are not responsible for incorrectly ordered parts, and if you are unsure about what you need please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

For Our Distributors: Due to unpredictable manufacturing and material costs, WD and retail prices are subject to change without notice.
Because we manufacture a wide variety of products, availability for all items in our catalog cannot be guaranteed at any given time. Please contact us to check availability if you have an urgent order.
Drop-shipments made directly to your customers will be subject to a drop-ship fee. With drop-ships, we will accept returns in the event we make a shipping error or in the event of a warranty claim. Your sales policy will be applicable in determining if you should accept a return for any other reason.
