Description

This part is an original Metco Motorsports design, and it is used in a number of our popular products. Most commonly, it serves at the actual mount for the idler pulley positioned on our crank idler pulley plate, as used in our ICPCOBRA crank pulley kits. This pulley post is carefully designed to maintain compatibility with all Metco Motorsports idler pulleys as well as OEM pulleys. It is machined from certified 6061-T6 aluminum, and ships with high-grade mounting hardware as shown. The pulley-side of the mount has the standard M8 x 1.25 female thread for the provided hex bolt with a captured washer, and the fastener at the rear is a Grade 8 1/2-20 hex bolt with a hardened flat washer. This part can also be used to mount an idler pulley on any flat surface, requiring only a 0.750" hole in the mounting plate, so it is ideal for very custom applications.
