2016 Cadillac CTS-V, 2016 & Newer Camaro ZL1, Corvette Z06 LT4
Replace the original 2.50" steel supercharger pulley on your CTS-V or ZL1 with our precision-made 2.30" unit for more horsepower and more torque.
Our LT4 supercharger pulley is a three-piece design, utilizing a high-grade steel pulley hub and an interchangeable aluminum ring and front cover. The center bore of the pulley hub is sized for the appropriate interference fit on the supercharger shaft and no pinning or drilling is necessary for installation. The rear of the pulley hub incorporates the same raised flange as the original pulley to facilitate the proper installation and proper belt alignment. The pulley ring and stock-appearing front cover are black-anodized for long lasting surface protection, and the steel pulley hub is nickel-plated as shown. The pulley cover is machined to accept the original plastic pulley cap (not included) for a completely stock-appearing installation.
Our pulley assembly is precision-machined on a state-of-the-art CNC lathe, which ensures zero runout and perfect balance. The tooth pattern on our pulley is a perfectly-blueprinted version of the SAE standard to maximize belt engagement, making serrations and add-on coatings completely unnecessary. This strategy minimizes belt slip while avoiding the belt noise, belt dust, and accelerated belt wear associated with those coatings.
Proper PCM calibration is required.
This LT4 supercharger pulley was revised 9/2024. There is no compatibility with LT4 supercharger pulley rings or LT4 supercharger pulley hubs manufactured prior to this date.
