60mm 10-Rib Double-Bearing Smooth Idler Pulley

This pulley is made with the same offset as our double-bearing idler pulleys for Cobra & Lightning applications. These pulleys were made as part of a one-time custom project, and we made a few extra, but availability is limited.

These pulleys measure about 2.36" in diameter, and are 1.75" (45mm) wide at the belt surface. While intended for use with a 10-rib belt, an 8 or 6-rib belt can be used if there is no interference with physical fitment. Each pulley ships with a bearing cover and stainless M8 fastener as shown.

Note: When pulleys in this size category are paired with large crank pulleys, speeds at the idler pulley bearings are very high. While we use the same high-speed, high-load bearings as used in all of our idler pulleys, it is important to note that periodic bearing replacement in small idler pulleys is sometimes necessary.
