This custom tool is included in all of our crank pulley kits for the Lightning and supercharged Harley-Davidson applications. It is designed to conveniently secure one of the torque converter bolts to one of the bellhousing bolts, so that the engine does not rotate while the original crank pulley bolt is removed. It is the exact length and offset required for this purpose, and it is easy to use. Of course, it is reusable.
